In short

Cowchain builds compliant, branded stablecoins and the full payment stack around them — issuance and reserve management, fiat on/off-ramps, treasury, cross-border settlement and KYC/KYT/AML — from architecture through audit to mainnet.

Why now

Public Law 0-27

The US GENIUS Act made stablecoin issuance bank-like — signed July 18, 2025.

Stablecoins were the #1 funded crypto-infrastructure category heading into 2026. The US GENIUS Act (S.1582) created a federal framework requiring 100% liquid reserves and monthly disclosures, while tooling like Stripe's “Open Issuance” turned stablecoin creation into a software service. Banks, fintechs and enterprises now want their own branded, compliant stablecoins and the rails to move them.

What we build

A complete, compliant stablecoin and payment stack — every component you need to issue, move and reconcile value across chains.

  • Issuance & mint/burn contracts

Audited issuance logic with role-based controls, pausing and upgrade paths.

  • Reserve & treasury management

Reserve accounting, attestation hooks and treasury dashboards for 1:1 backing.

  • Fiat on/off-ramp integration

Connect regulated ramp providers for fiat-to-stablecoin and back.

  • Cross-border settlement

Routing and settlement flows for remittance and B2B payments.

  • Multi-chain routing

Issue and move the same asset across chains with bridge/messaging integration.

  • KYC/KYT/AML & travel rule

Compliance tooling and screening baked into onboarding and transfers.

  • Admin & ops dashboard

Mint controls, reserve views, blocklists and audit logs for your ops team.

  • Monitoring & alerting

Onchain monitoring for supply, reserves and anomalous flows.

Which stablecoin model fits you?

The backing model drives your licensing, reserves and engineering. Here's how the three common approaches compare.

Stablecoin typeBackingBest forKey build considerations
Fiat-collateralised1:1 cash / T-billsPayments, remittance, treasuryReserves, attestation, issuer licensing
Crypto-collateralisedOver-collateralised cryptoDeFi-native, censorship-resistantLiquidation engine, oracles, risk params

Indicative comparison — exact requirements depend on jurisdiction and target users; we scope this in discovery.

Why Cowchain

01

We rescue stalled builds

Inherited a half-finished contract or a deadlocked codebase? We audit, stabilise and ship it — not just greenfield work.

02

Founder-led & fast

You talk to the people building it. Tight loops, weekly demos, no account-manager telephone game.

03

Web3-native team

Years across DeFi, payments, NFTs and infra — 30+ shipped products, not a pivoted Web2 shop.

04

Security-first

Audit-ready contracts, threat modelling and monitoring baked into the process, not bolted on at the end.
